Costas Strouthos is an entrepreneur and a renowned expert in energy devices, medical technology and surgical innovation.
He has a bachelor’s degree in nursing (1998). Mr Strouthos has worked for J&J Medical Devices for 16 years, where he started as a medical rep, and was a member of the group that first introduced ultrasonic energy devices in the Cyprus market. He was part of the team that introduced bariatric surgery technology in Cyprus (gastric banding, sleeve, and bypass in 1998. He worked as a sales manager for Ethicon endosurgery (2004) and as a country manager (2009) for J&J Medical. Mr Strouthos was a Member of the Levant board of directors of J&J (2010-2013) and member of J&J professional education in Dubai (2014).
Mr Strouthos is the founder of Eldo Pharmaceutical, established in 2014, a pioneering company in the field of medical devices and diagnostics.
